Adult ballet classes: from basic ballet positions and postures with correct body placement to mastering the nine essential barre exercises along with centre exercises and basic vocabulary, dancers can start as an absolute beginner or return at any level. Low impact dance exercise: Customers can get in shape, tone their muscles and lose weight at the same time with the moderately paced fun workout. Includes low-impact aerobic dance moves, body-toning with light weights, resistance bands, and stretches to popular music.
